Capability statement
We provide both a code approach and an alternative performance based fire engineering service to our clients. Our multi-faceted team includes former Academic, Industrial, Fire Service and Building Control practitioners with many years experience in the understanding and practical application of fire safety and its associated Codes of Practice and Technical Standards. We understand the special challenges faced in the GCC, with regard to enforcement of internationally recognized codes on large and complex buildings.
We are registered as a House of Expertise federally in the UAE and work closely with Dubai Civil Defence to ensure that our designs not only meet the codes but meet the intent of the codes, through intelligent design.
